We want to kick off this Holiday Season by recognizing a deserving local hometown hero, selected by you, who have embodied the principles of honor, respect, pride and demonstrated compassion for their community. Heroes are those in our community who we admire or idealize for their courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. From doctors to teachers, veterans to first responders, thousands of people strive daily to make the world a better place.
Everyone knows a local hero in their community deserving praise. Who is your hero?
Nominate your hero and share their story with us! To nominate your hero, please submit a short two-minute video with the following:
- Who is your nominee?
- Why are they a hero?
Be sure to upload at least one photo (200px x 200px or larger). After the submission is made, a profile will be created and shared through our social media to collect votes from site visitors and those who support your hero.
Recognition and weekly prizes will be awarded according to the number of votes at the end of the week. Weekly winners will be announced every Friday. Three finalists will be selected at the end of the Awards Program for a grand prize!
All nominees must be submitted by November 24, 2021. Three grand prizes of Cannon and Stack-On vaults will be awarded, valued up to $1,000 each.
