Returns Overview
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the size, weight, and shipping requirements of safes, all returns must follow the guidelines below.Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery Item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging Custom orders, special-order items, and installed safes are non-returnable
Return Authorization Required
- All returns require prior approval

- Do not ship products back without authorization
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A restocking fee (up to 15–25%) may apply
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable Heavy freight items (gun safes) may require:
- Freight carrier coordination
- Liftgate or pallet return service
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery
- If your item arrives damaged:
- Note damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours We will:
- Replace the item, or
- Provide parts/service support, depending on the issue
- Freight damage concealed or exposed is the responsibility of the customers when they have accpeted or signed for product
Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused:
- Return shipping fees will be deducted
- A restocking fee may apply
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change products:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days Refunds may be reduced by:
- Shipping costs
- Restocking fees
- Damage or missing packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed safes
- Customized or modified products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
Warranty Support

- Lock failure
- Mechanical defect
- Electrical components
We may direct you to warranty service instead of a return.
