Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (Lower 48 States).
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or local regulations.

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped
Shipping Methods
We use a combination of parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx) and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order.

- Shipped via standard ground services

- Large & Heavy Items (Safes)
- Shipped via freight carriers
- Delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days
- Delivery is curbside unless otherwise specified
Freight Delivery (Important)
For large safes and oversized items:
- Delivery is made to the end of your driveway or curb
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment
Moving Your Product Inside
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring access for delivery (clear driveway, no obstructions)
- Additional services (liftgate, inside delivery, installation) may be available upon request for an added fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Freight shipments may include a tracking link and/or direct contact from the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
