Limited Lifetime Warranty
Hercules Dog Crates are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Hercules Dog Crates or an authorized retailer. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any components that fail under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship. In most cases, replacement parts will be provided for customer installation. Repairs or replacements will be provided at no charge for parts; however, the customer is responsible for any transportation or shipping costs associated with returning the product or receiving replacement parts.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, stains, or discoloration.
- Dog Damage: Chewing, scratching, or damage caused by the dog.
- Improper Use or Maintenance: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the crate as recommended.
- Environmental Damage: Damage caused by water, fire, flood, or other acts of nature.
- Alterations or Unauthorized Repairs: Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Hercules Dog Crates or an authorized service provider.
- Consumable Parts: Normal wear and tear, including fading, minor warping, or deterioration of finishes.
Limited Liability
The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

If you believe your Hercules Dog Crate has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Support team. You will need to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Crate model
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect

Special Considerations
- If a discontinued or limited-edition product requires replacement and the exact model is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent model based on availability.
